Built at the Intersection of Care and Technology

We're clinicians, technologists, and human factors specialists. We've seen the handover problem firsthand, and we set out to solve it.

Our mission

To improve patient safety during emergency handovers through trusted, human-centered technology. We help EMS providers and emergency departments share critical patient information seamlessly, so frontline teams can act with confidence, clarity, and speed when it matters most.

Our vision

A world where critical patient information moves seamlessly from the first responder on scene to the emergency department ready to receive them. We envision a future where every EMS-to-ED handover is structured, complete, and reliable, where EDs can allocate staff and resources before the ambulance arrives, and where paramedics spend less time repeating information and more time doing what they trained to do. Better handovers mean better workflows, stronger teams, and better patient outcomes.

What we stand for

Human-centered by design

We design for real people in real environments, prioritizing usability, clarity, and decision-making under pressure.

Safety before everything

When information gets lost at handover, patients carry the cost. That's the gap we exist to close.

Interoperability and connection

With online and offline capabilities, patient information reliably makes it to where it needs to go, whether you're working in a remote community or a major urban centre.

Trust and accountability

We handle health and safety information with the highest standards of privacy, security, and transparency.

Practical impact

We focus on solutions that work in the real world, improving outcomes without adding burden or complexity for users.
